Privacy
- On your device by default. Recipes, templates and screenshots are files on your phone. The core loop works offline, without an account.
- AI sessions self-destruct. Screen content sent to the AI lives only in server memory and is deleted when the session ends. Two hours at the very most.
- Never used to train AI. Your screens, recipes and prompts are never used to train AI models. Not by us, not by anyone.
On your device
VisorBot ships with no analytics, no trackers and no crash reporting. Your recipes and screen templates are files stored on your device, and the whole build / record / run loop works offline without an account. Failure screenshots used by "Teach the fix" never leave your phone.
When you use AI features
When you ask the AI to build or repair a recipe, the app sends the screen text (and, on vision-enabled tiers, a screenshot) of the game being automated to our servers. That session lives only in memory. It is deleted the moment the session finishes, after 20 minutes of inactivity, or after 2 hours at the very most. Screenshots and raw screen text are never written to our database.
The one thing we keep is a short text note about what the AI learned about a game's screens (menus, popups, timings) so your next session starts smarter. Never images, never personal content. When many users hit the same patterns, those notes are merged into a shared, anonymous game profile.
Our AI model providers see your screen content only to generate the response to your request. They do not use it to train their models.
Never used to train AI
We do not train AI models on your data, full stop. No screen content, no recipes, no prompts, no usage history. Nothing you make with VisorBot is training material, for us or for anyone else.
Your account
If you create an account, we store just what's needed to run it: your email and your subscription. Never anything from your screen. We keep it only while your account exists.
Encryption and deletion
Everything is encrypted, both on its way to our servers and while it sits there, and passwords are never stored in readable form. Want out? Email [email protected] and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details, so we never see your card number. Paddle's privacy policy applies to the checkout. We store only your account email, subscription status and tier.
