Delete your VisorBot account

This page explains how to request deletion of your VisorBot account and the data attached to it. It applies to accounts created in the VisorBot app, whether you signed up with an email and password or with Google.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We reply to confirm the request came from you.
3. Once confirmed, your account and its data are deleted within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account record: email address and sign-in credentials.
• Your subscription and entitlement records on our side.
• Recipes and screen templates you synced to your account.
• Synced run history, including the screen text and small thumbnail saved with a failed run.
• AI session records and notes linked to your account, and the scrambled record of which controls your AI sessions saw.
• Device records (device identifier, phone model, app version) and usage counts.

Screen text and screenshots sent during an AI session are never stored: they live only in server memory and are gone within 2 hours at the very most, so there is nothing to delete there. The only screen-derived data kept per account is the scrambled record of control names, and it is deleted with the account. Recipes and templates stored on your device are yours; uninstalling the app removes them.

What is kept

• Payment records held by our payment processor (our merchant of record), kept as required for tax and accounting law.
• Anonymous, aggregated data that is not linked to you, such as shared app-screen profiles built from many users' AI sessions, and the names of app controls that two or more different people's phones showed.

Deleting some data without closing the account

You can also ask us to delete specific data, for example your synced recipes, without deleting the account itself. Email [email protected] and say what you want removed.
