Delete your VisorBot account

This page explains how to request deletion of your VisorBot account and the data attached to it. It applies to accounts created in the VisorBot app, whether you signed up with an email and password or with Google.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We reply to confirm the request came from you.
3. Once confirmed, your account and its data are deleted within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account record: email address and sign-in credentials.
• Your subscription and entitlement records on our side.
• Recipes and screen templates you synced to your account.
• AI session notes linked to your account.

Screen content from AI sessions (screen text and screenshots) is never stored at rest in the first place: it lives only in server memory during a session and is gone within 2 hours at the very most, so there is nothing to delete there. Recipes and templates stored on your device are yours; uninstalling the app removes them.

What is kept

• Payment records held by our payment processor (our merchant of record), kept as required for tax and accounting law.
• Anonymous, aggregated data that is not linked to you, such as shared app-screen profiles built from many users' AI sessions.

Deleting some data without closing the account

You can also ask us to delete specific data, for example your synced recipes, without deleting the account itself. Email [email protected] and say what you want removed.
