VisorBot is public on Google Play.
Google Play is now the only place to get VisorBot. This site no longer offers a download. The old version stops getting updates on October 20, so you have 14 days to move. It takes about five minutes.
Move in four steps
- Back up your recipes. In the version you have now, open each recipe you want to keep and sync it to the cloud. Cloud sync is part of Pro.
- Check your account. Settings shows at the top which account you are signed in with. You will need the same one in a moment.
- Remove the old version, then install from Google Play. The Google Play version cannot install over the old one, so the old one has to go first. Removing it deletes recipes that were not backed up, which is why step 1 comes first.
- Sign in with the same account and pull your recipes back from the cloud. Your Pro plan is already there. You do not buy it again.
What is better on Google Play
- No “App blocked” dialog and no restricted setting to unlock.
- Updates arrive on their own.
After October 20
The old version stops receiving updates. Your account, your plan and your cloud recipes are not affected.
